When you need help with your computer, there are two ways to initiate your rescue session:

• You can call us at 1-877-448-8357. This will put you in touch with a technician who can quickly evaluate your needs and begin to address your problem.

• You can directly connect to a technician by clicking on the grey "Get Help Now + Start Rescue" bar at the bottom of any page on our site.

After establishing contact with one of our trained technicians, they will ask you for your permission to access your computer. Once you have given them access, they will control your computer and fix your problem quickly.

*Each Rescue session will REQUIRE you to grant us access to your computer. Never, at any time, can a technician access your computer without your permission. This is how we provide safe, secure, and reliable service.

If it is determined that an in-home visit is required, a convenient and timely date will be scheduled.
